SUMMER CAMP

Hat deposit payments for Goshen Scout Camp are due by Thursday the 14th of March.  The deposit is $50, the scout will receive a Camp Hat and the $50 will be deducted from your Camp Payment.

We are going to Camp Olmsted, Goshen Scouts Camps from Sunday July 7th through Saturday July 13th.  It is very important for a new scout to attend camp.  It helps to acclimate the boy to scouting and provides many opportunities for advancement

The youth fee,up until April 25 is $ 290.  Adult is $230. 

Between April 27th and May 30th the youth fee is $330, adults $270

After May 31st the youth fee is $370.  Adults $310.

The troop travels to camp by bus and the fee is $42, one way or round trip.

Please bring your payment to a troop meeting and make checks payable to Troop 1441 BSA.

Saturday March 9th From 8:30 AM until 1:30 PM Location Colesville Presbyterian Church.  Class A uniform.  Meal packing.

This Saturday after the morning session of the service project.

 

NORTHERN TIER HIGH ADVENTURE FOR NEXT YEAR

There will be short meeting tonight (6:45) before the regular troop meeting to discuss plans for next year's high adventure trip.

 

CYBER SECURITY PRESENTATION  7:30 PM, March 14 at Troop meeting.

The troop will host a presentation on Cyber Security in support of the BSA program "Cyber Chip", a series of awards that scouts and cubs can earn while learning to protect themselves when using the computer and other electronic devices.  The program will be presented by Mr Anthony Stramella, a retired government security expert.  Parents are invited to attend.
