The Troop has a new Eagle Scout . Congratulations To Sam B. who passed his Eagle Board of Review Friday evening.

There are currently three Eagle projects under way, Ryan, Johan, and Oliver are in progress and three in planning.  Ryan has a work session at three thirty today at  Francis Scott Key Middle School.

This week we will hold the last official meeting of the 2015 -2016 calendar year.  Time has gone by so quickly and seems to go faster every year.  This summer we will be going to Camp Olmsted, (37th year in a row). Two crews will be going to the high adventure base, (Philmont Scout Reservation in New Mexico) for the ultimate in Backpacking. 

This Thursday evening we will host our Annual Family Picnic and Spring Court Of Honor.  Flyers and a sign up site have been sent out to all ( http://vois.pt/tCTsRS ).  Signup and join us if you haven't already.

Scouts, please send me a list of the awards you expect to receive at the Court of Honor.

Pre Camp Meeting, Tuesday July 5th, 7:30 pm SJB

This is a final check before we leave for camp.  All Medical forms and schedules need to be turned in,  final things to bring review  and transportation requirements will be covered.

For those scouts going by bus the $45 fee is due now, make checks payable to Troop 1441 BSA,

I need your merit badge selections if you haven't sent them already.

Philmont Preparations

Two more training events are scheduled, June 17,18,19 and June 24,25,26.

Annual School Supplies Packing Service Project, Saturday,  August 13th, 9 AM until Noon.

Event will be held at the C4 facilities, (Old Colesville Elementary school on New Hampshire Ave).

Special Trailer Reorganization Event Thursday June 30th, 1 PM -4 PM.

If your are around on Thursday, come and help us reorganize the trailer and the troop equipment.

We will be in touch throughout the Summer, have a great and safe one.
