Hope you all had a safe and calorie free Thanksgiving....

Have all your Christmas and Holiday shopping done?  Time is flying but we all need to take a moment to get into the spirit of the season. There's too much evil in the world and it needs to be countered and balanced by love and good will that comes with this season.  Take the time to be nice to some one.  A Scout is among other things Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind and Reverent.

Troop Leadership Council meeting  Tuesday Dec 1st, 7 PM Lyon Center

All scouts holding leadership positions in the troop are expected to attend.  It is a Class A event.

Troop meeting Thursday Dec 3rd, 7 to 9 PM Lyon Center

Preparation for upcoming Campout, Rank Advancement, homecoming for graduated scouts.

Campout  Dec 12 and 13, Sycamore Island, Potomac River, DC/MD line

The troop will conduct a service project and camp, fish and work on rank advancement on the island.

We will depart from SJB parking Lot 8:30 AM Saturday the 12th and return midday Sun day the 13th.

Winter camping and work clothes.

Troop Meeting/Christmas/Holiday party Dec 17, 6 to 9 PM

Setup will begin at 6 PM with the event starting at about 7 PM.  It will be a desserts and snacks event so be on the lookout for the flyer.

Fall Court of Honor January 14th 7 to 9 PM Lyon Center
