Klondike Derby January 17,18,19
Permission slip required, see attached.
Meals will be by Patrol, $3 per meal per scout, Menus to be planned this week and reviewed by SPL and SM.
Expect Cold Weather, plan wardrobe accordingly. NO sneakers, cloth/plastic shoes, hiking boots or snow boot required.
Patrol Leaders are responsible for coordination of the collection and preparation of Survival Equipment for the challenges. List attached.
Plan to arrive at Little Bennett Regional Park around 7 PM on Friday evening. If you cannot arrive Friday then arrive before events start at 8:30 AM Saturday.
Sleds need to be prepped before we go.
COURT OF HONOR Jan 9th
The Court of Honor will start at 7:45 PM, prior to the court we will hold two Boards of Review delayed by the storm. Johan and Thomas will MC the COH.
Pack 499 WEBELOS DEN Visit Jan 16th
The Webelos from Pack 499 will be visiting us on the 16th as part of their quest for the Arrow of Light and to see if they wan to join us in the Scouting adventure. We need to show them what good scouts we are.
SCOUT SUNDAY FEB 1 -2
Still looking for an adult volunteer to coordinate this event for us.
SKI TRIP Feb 1, Mar 1 and 2
Moneys are due by 1/9 to hold our space at the resort. There is some confusion about the actual fee, $155 vs $202. This will be cleared up and you will be notified before the meeting. Departure times and Transportation will be resolved at the meeting on 1/9
BROAD CREEK FATHER/SON CAMPOUT FEB 7,8,9
Don't forget, Youth Protection Training is required for all adults attending, both the online BSA session and the Virtus training. Please let me know if you plan to go on the event.

9 AM UNTIL 11 Colesville Presbyterian Church
We will be on the Klondike Derby that Saturday, but this is an opportunity for scouts not going on the Derby to earn Service Hours for themselves and the troop. Parents and siblings are invited.
SUMMER CAMP SIGNUPS JULY 6 - 12
Signups for Summer Camp at Camp Olmsted, Goshen Scouts Reservation are fast approaching, early birds are due in March. Time to get those summer plans underway.
