The troop participated in the Stop Hunger Now Service Project sponsored by Colesville Presbyterian Church on Saturday 10/16.  Fifteen Scouts, Leaders and Family members from the Troop assisted, earning the Troop 50 service hours that count towards the Journey to Excellence annual Troop Award.

Troop Leadership Conferences.

There will be a TLC meeting tonight in the Large Study room in the school. Scouts holding the following positions are expected to attend each meeting  SPL, ASPL, Patrol Leaders, Scribe, Quartermaster, Den Chiefs, TOAR, Chaplain's Aide and Instructors.

We are in the process of developing a communications notification process for the meetings as follows

2 weeks before meeting. 

    SPL will notify council members by text.

1 week before meeting.

    The agenda will be e-mailed to Council members.

    The SPL will remind council members by text

    The SPL will notify families of the Council members by text so transportation can be arranged.

This is a new process so please bear with us as we shake out the bugs.

Trailer Repair/Cleanup Saturday 10/22/16  9 AM until ??  SJB

The trailer needs to be readied for Webelos Weekend 10/28.

The Troop will be participating, if you haven't turned in your permission slip and fee, a perslip is attached, please bring it to Thursday's meeting.  Permission Slip Attached.

HIGH ADVENTURE 2017, SEABASE.  AUG 3 THRU 11TH.

Signups are now taking place, a $100 deposit is required now. Requirements to attend are, First Class Scout, Swimmer, active in the Troop  and Scoutmaster approval.  We are looking to send two crews of 6 scouts and 2 leaders each. 

SCOUT PLANNING PROGRAM

Each scout has been requested to submit a plan for his progress in scouting over the next three and six month period.  If you do not have the form for this you may use a blank sheet of paper or e-mail it to me.

Consider leadership progress, advancement progress and activities.  They are due now. 

POPCORN SALES.  The monies from each scout are due now.
